Carol Brohawn, MS, LCMFT is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist who has been in private practice in Olney, Maryland for more than 20 years. As a systems therapist she has significant training and experience in couple counseling and family therapy.
She has additional training to provide care for individuals in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma recovery and with individuals navigating through difficult life adjustments.
She is a Certified Discernment Counselor and is trained in pre-marital counseling.
Carol earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and has a unique understanding of chronic illness and chronic pain and the effects on quality of life and relationships.
Carol is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of DRI Alliance for Marriage and Divorce Professionals.
