Carol is a wonderful therapist. I saw her for marriage counseling and individual therapy and she was amazing at both over a 6 year period of time. She knows her stuff and helped me immensely with the topics I saw her originally for and others I didn't even expect to improve upon. She knows when to help you outside your comfort zone but never made me feel judged or pushed. Her office is conveniently located with plenty of parking and her office hours are very flexible.

My husband and I came to Carol after trying to cope with infidelity. Walking in we had very little hope our marriage could be saved. Carol got us to talk to each other openly about it. Talking in the office and doing the exercises at home allowed for open communication and understanding. She provided ways to mentally cope with visuals I was having using various strategies like proper breathing, counting and distraction techniques. Carol got to the core of what was going on by listening to and understanding our past, both as individuals and as as a couple. It started to become clear as to how we got there. We always felt comfortable and safe during our sessions. After several months of counseling we felt our marriage had been saved with her help. I can't say we would be where we are today without Carol's guidance.

Upon entering Carol's office I was put at ease. Her calming sense and empathy is exactly what I needed to begin my journey with her. Carol is extremely caring with a no nonsense approach to therapy. She has a refreshing approach to counseling for a willing client and I was so relieved that I never heard the cliche "now how does that make you feel." I went to Carol after a failed marriage and within a few sessions, my emotions were under control, and after about 7-8 sessions I felt OK with saying I would call her when I felt like I needed her. The price for her services is very reasonable and well worth it! I highly recommend her.
